Description / Scope of Work
National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through a Single Stage One Envelope National Procedure for the supply of modules and wires for power supplies during the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is open to manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. The tender is issued under case reference number 1120/2025-26 and represents a substantial electronics procurement initiative for federal government operations. The invitation is published on the PPRA portal and extends to all eligible bidders across Pakistan seeking to participate in this supply contract.
Interested bidders must be registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department to qualify for participation. Bidders are required to submit earnest money equal to 2% of their total bid value in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or call deposit made payable to National Electronics Complex of Pakistan. A tender fee of Rs. 2,500 in cash must be submitted to purchase the complete set of bidding documents, which contain detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications. This is a non-refundable fee and bidders are instructed to submit their best and final prices as no price negotiations will be permitted during evaluation.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned at Plot No. 23, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad, between 1000 hours and 1600 hours on working days upon submission of a written request on the firm's letterhead along with the tender fee. The invitation for bids is also available on www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted by 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole as per PPRA 2004 regulations.
