Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Jhelum invites sealed competitive bids from eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Pakistan Revenue Tax Network for two major infrastructure projects in Jhelum, Punjab. The first scheme involves the establishment of a bus shelter for seating buses within the jurisdiction of MC Jhelum, with an estimated cost of PKR 9,879,000. The second project concerns the construction of a boundary wall at MS Gate and Faqir Nek Work Islam, Pura Mohallah Municipal Committee Jhelum, valued at PKR 9,899,475. Both projects are being procured through the e-PAD (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal) system under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN) and submit bids through e-PADS at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bid security is required in the form of CDR or pay order from a Punjab bank in favour of Municipal Committee Jhelum. All bids must include complete DUNIT/BOQ analysis with rates, properly filled pages, and scanned copies of bid security uploaded on the e-PADS portal. Incomplete bids, those with blank entries, missing rate analysis pages, or lacking required documentation will be rejected. Bidders are advised to upload bids before the deadline to avoid technical issues.

Bids must be submitted through e-PADS before 02-07-2026 at 01:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day. Original CDR must be submitted to the undersigned office by closing date and time.
