Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Lahore, Punjab invites proposals from registered firms, companies, and suppliers for the provision of replacement of roof canopy covering approximately 2000 square feet. This procurement is intended for the NADRA Regional Headquarters located in the Trade Centre, MA Johar Town, Lahore. The project scope encompasses the complete replacement of the existing roof canopy structure, and interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax, PRA, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue to be eligible for participation.
Proposal documents must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal on or before 6 July 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. All bid submissions on the E-PADS portal remain the sole responsibility of the bidder, and manual bids will not be accepted. In addition to electronic submission, original bid security of Rs. 200,000 (refundable) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked and supported by a CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft in favour of NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore before the E-bid submission deadline. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all proposals at any stage prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
