Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites sealed bids for hiring of security services at various resorts and sites operated by TDCP throughout Punjab Province. This tender is for the engagement of renowned and licensed security companies or firms with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in provision of armed security personnel. The contract period is one year and may be extended with mutual consent on performance basis if required. The estimated contract value is Rs 30.496 million, and bidders must provide a bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost. The security personnel will perform comprehensive duties including tourist safety, visitor area protection, TDCP installation security, property protection, and fire prevention and firefighting services.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and hold valid registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Companies must obtain a Certificate/Affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by TDCP or PPRA. All interested parties are required to register on the E-PADS procurement system as a prerequisite for bid submission. Bidders should have valid licenses from relevant authorities and demonstrate proven capability in security service delivery across multiple sites.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA Punjab Website, TDCP Website, and through the E-PADS procurement platform. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager (Admin) at TDCP, 68-Trade Centre Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore, on or before 29 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 p.m. TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
