Description / Scope of Work
The Eye Care Project invites quotations for the supply of 5,500 units of near vision prepared glasses with various refraction specifications. The tender covers six different lens powers ranging from +01.00 to +03.50 diopters, with quantities varying from 100 to 2,000 units per specification. Interpupillary distances (IPD) for near vision are specified as 61, 62, and 63 millimeters for males, and 59 and 60 millimeters for females. This procurement is being conducted at the federal level and represents a significant supply requirement for vision care services across the project's operational areas.
Vendors submitting quotations must be sales tax registered and include their NTN and STRN on all bid documents. Approved samples must be attached with quotations to demonstrate compliance with quality standards. All applicable taxes must be included in the quoted price, and only vendors meeting the approved sample requirements will be considered for award. The organization will conduct a thorough checking process of delivered glasses against the approved samples before payment authorization.
Quotations must be submitted by email to iehpproj@gmail.com with the deadline of 22 June 2026. Payment will be made through cross cheque within fifteen days of delivery following verification of glasses quality and quantity. Vendors are required to ensure samples meet all technical specifications and quality standards as specified by the Eye Care Project to be eligible for consideration in this procurement process.
