Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of maintenance machinery for Fairwinds Golf & Country Club located in DHA City Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses various machinery items with specifications and quantities as detailed in the complete tender documents. Bidders are required to quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, with offer validity of one month. Complete specifications of all machinery, warranty type and period must be clearly specified in the bid submission.
Bidders must obtain detailed bidding documents from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by submitting a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 10,000 payable by Pay Order in favour of PDOHA City Karachi. The deadline for document collection is 1600 hours on 10 June 2026. Equipment quotations must strictly adhere to the given specifications with no alternate options accepted. Bidders are encouraged to quote the most competitive prices possible.
Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by 1430 hours on 16 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day. The equipment nomenclature and name must be clearly marked on the right corner of the sealed envelope. Payment will be issued by cheque following successful delivery of items. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under applicable rules and regulations.
