Renting 7th Floor Annex Building Space by Zarai Taraqiati Bank in Islamabad

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a public sector specialized financial institution headquartered in Islamabad with a network of regional offices and branches across Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for renting out vacant surplus office space of approximately 10,000 square feet located on the 7th Floor of the Annex Building at ZTBL Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad. This tender notice (BW-2026/R&C) is issued by the Building & Works Department to identify suitable tenants for the available commercial space in Islamabad. Interested firms must collect tender documents and bid forms from the Office of Unit Head (Renting & Compliance Unit), Building & Works Department, 2nd Floor, Room No 210, ZTBL Head Office Main Building, Islamabad, against payment of Rs 1,000 (non-refundable) during normal office working hours.

Eligible bidders include corporate entities, businesses, and organizations seeking office accommodation in Islamabad. Brokerage and property dealer services are permitted and may participate in the bidding process to arrange suitable tenants for the vacant space. Property dealers submitting bids must include their service fee separately with their offer, which should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. The vacant premises may be visited by interested parties during office working hours to assess suitability.

Sealed offers will be received on or before 05.06.2026 up to 11:00 AM at Jamil Nishtar Auditorium and shall be opened at 11:30 AM the same date in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives if they wish to attend.
