The Military Engineer Services, CMES (PAF) Chaklala, invites applications for pre-qualification of Government Auctioneers to conduct auctions of MES unserviceable and surplus store items. This is a one-year appointment contract issued under PPRA rules, with applications to be scrutinized based on experience, expertise and adherence to special conditions required for auction management of military engineering equipment and surplus materials. Tender reference 630/32/CMES/27/E-6 is dated 29 July 2026. The scope covers appointment of a qualified auctioneer with demonstrated capability in managing auctions of defence and military surplus inventory across Punjab province.
Eligibility is restricted to Government Auctioneers already enlisted on the approved government auctioneer list. Firms or auctioneers not on the approved list must provide proof of registration with the appropriate departmental authority, evidence of financial standing supported by bank certificates, details of employed staff, inventory of tools and plants available, and documented proof of auctions executed in the previous two years, attested by a Class-I Gazetted officer. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in handling large-scale auctions and maintain professional insurance and regulatory compliance.
Tender documents will be issued on 11 August 2026 only to pre-qualified firms. Sealed bids must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hours on 18 August 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.
