Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), headquartered at Karachi Airport in Punjab, invites sealed bids from well-respected and eligible bidders for the supply of Automatic Transmission ATF Oil in the quantity of 3,990 liters. The tender is issued by the Purchases Technical Commercial Section under the Supply Chain Management Department on a Single Stage Two Envelope Basis. The tender reference number is 26011449, dated 11 June 2026. The tender cost is PKR 15,000.00.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including FBR registration with valid NTN and GST number along with proof of annual tax filing and returns for Pakistani-based bidders. A Pay Order for Earnest Money of PKR 100,000 (refundable) must be submitted in favor of Pakistan International Airlines with the Technical Proposal. Foreign bidders and authorized agents/distributors must provide authorization letters from their principals. Bidders are required to submit technical literature, company profiles, applicable certifications, and mandatory requirements documentation as part of their Technical Proposal sealed envelope.
Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS and manually at the Tender Room, Supply Chain Management Department Building, PIA Head Office, Karachi Airport, Pakistan by 01 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Both Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked with the tender reference number and supplier name. Financial proposals will only be opened for technically qualified bidders. Hard copies with original Bid Security instruments must accompany electronic submissions.
