Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), Asset Management North Region, Multan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) for grid stations and transmission lines staff under NGC's own resources. This tender, referenced as CE-AM-NGC-MN-05-2025-26, covers the supply of engineering goods and equipment necessary to ensure worker safety at transmission facilities across the North Region. The procurement is issued by the Chief Engineer Asset Management North NGC Multan and is targeted at eligible suppliers meeting NGC's prequalification requirements. The goods must originate from eligible countries as specified in the bidding documents, and all supplies are expected to meet relevant safety and quality standards for grid operations.
Bidders must be duly prequalified and enlisted with NGC, and must possess the nationality of an eligible country as per the bidding documents. Each bidder shall submit only one bid either individually or as a partner in a joint venture, with participation in multiple bids resulting in disqualification. National competitive bidding is open to all qualified suppliers meeting the specified eligibility criteria. Bidders are required to provide appropriate bid security as outlined in the Bidding Data, and all bids must strictly comply with the tender conditions and technical specifications provided.
The bidding documents are available from the Chief Engineer Asset Management North NGC, Multan, and interested bidders should obtain copies according to the prescribed procedure outlined in Section I of the instructions to bidders. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the designated NGC office in Multan by the closing date of 28 June 2026. The bid opening will be conducted at the same location, and all correspondence regarding this tender should be directed to the procurement office at NGC Multan.
