Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the auction of parking services and canteen operations for the financial year 2026-27. Two separate contracts are being offered: Cycle Stand parking services with a reserved price of Rs 11,220,000 and canteen services with a reserved price of Rs 7,865,000. Both contracts will commence upon signing and expire on 30 June 2027. The auction is being conducted in Bahawalnagar district, Punjab, and bidders may inspect the facilities on any working day up to 17 June 2026 at the office of the Medical Superintendent.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN or STRN registrations and must not be declared defaulters by any government or semi-government organization. Participants are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs 500,000 along with an original CNIC copy and completed bid form to participate in the auction process. The successful bidder for parking services must deposit 50 percent of the quoted highest bid amount (inclusive of all applicable taxes) on the spot as non-refundable security, with the remaining balance due before 31 December 2026. All applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab must be paid by the successful bidder.
Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost from the office of the undersigned or downloaded from the PPRA Punjab website. Interested bidders must submit their documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar. The cycle stand auction is scheduled for 17 June 2026 at 12:30 PM with document submission deadline at 11:00 AM, while canteen services auction is scheduled for 18 June 2026 at 12:30 PM with the same submission deadline.
