Description / Scope of Work
The University of the Punjab, through its National Centre of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) and Department of Information Technology, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of IT equipment and hardware on a Free on Rail (F.O.R) basis. This is an open bidding opportunity for eligible suppliers and vendors to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply of specified IT hardware items. The procurement process is governed by standard bidding procedures with detailed technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms outlined in the complete bid documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying the required IT equipment in compliance with all technical specifications and quality standards. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or similar instrument as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidders must demonstrate their eligibility through manufacturer authorizations, company registration documents, tax compliance certificates, and general information forms. Award will be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bid meeting all technical specifications and contractual requirements.
