Description / Scope of Work
District Council Faisalabad, Government of the Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from general contractors through E-Tendering for the construction of a commercial and parking plaza at Kachary Bazar, Faisalabad. The project has an approximate cost of PKR 399.867 million and is classified under category C-3 or above. Interested contractors must be renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26 and demonstrate repute and experience of executing similar public sector works. This pre-qualification notice is published on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
Eligible contractors must register on the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform to participate. All applicants are required to submit pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements, terms, conditions, and a comprehensive list of documentary evidence demonstrating their technical and financial qualifications as prescribed under PPRA Rules 2014 with up-to-date amendments. Manual submission of documents will not be accepted and only electronic submission through the EPADS portal is permitted.
Interested firms can obtain the RFP and pre-qualification documents through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Information and clarifications are available until 25 June 2026. All pre-qualification documents must be submitted on EPADS by 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Pre-qualified contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent tender process. The evaluation committee reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications.
