Parking Cycle Stand and Canteen Services at THQ Hospital Taunsa Sharif

The Health and Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites bids for the operation and management of parking cycle stand and canteen services at Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Taunsa Sharif for the financial year 2026-27. The contract encompasses round-the-clock parking services including development of parking facilities, provision of parking attendants, parking barriers, signage, demarcation of parking areas, and collection of fixed parking fees from all vehicles. The contractor shall maintain all parking and canteen operations using their own personnel and equipment while providing parking receipts (parchi) at government-defined rates. All hospital staff and government employees shall receive free parking. The contract is awarded to the firm offering the maximum parking bid amount, and the contractor must be familiar with vehicle parking management and canteen operations in a healthcare facility setting in Punjab.

Prospective contractors must not be in default of any government dues as per Rule 16 and are prohibited from participating if they are defaulters. A bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of a Callateral Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee must be submitted in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Taunsa Sharif as earnest money. The final contract amount shall include applicable taxes as per government regulations in addition to the auction bid amount. Interested bidders must demonstrate their capacity to manage parking facilities, engage suitable staff, and maintain proper financial records of all receipts and transactions.
