Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, a specialized healthcare facility under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed competitive bids for the outsourcing of security services for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of services encompasses comprehensive security operations including access control, perimeter security, asset protection, and round-the-clock security personnel deployment across the institute premises in Lahore. The contract will include operational responsibilities such as visitor management, surveillance coordination, emergency response, and security staff deployment as detailed in the bidding documents. Qualified security contractors must be registered with relevant government authorities and possess valid licenses to operate security services in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate financial soundness, professional experience in providing security services to healthcare institutions, and compliance with all applicable labor laws and minimum wage requirements. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, typically in the form of performance guarantees or bank drafts.
