The Punjab Building Department (Central Zone) under the Communication and Works Department invites bids for the establishment of a School for Midwifery at the District Health Development Centre (DHDC) and selected Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospitals, with one location at the DHDC Office City Hospital in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. This project aims to develop midwifery education infrastructure across the province to enhance maternal healthcare training and capacity building. The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Toba Tek Singh, located near old Sabzi Mandi with contact number 046-2510511, is responsible for the procurement and execution of this project. The tender covers the design, construction, and establishment of the midwifery school facility meeting all regulatory requirements and educational standards.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements as per Punjab Public Procurement Rules and possess valid registration with relevant authorities. Contractors should have prior experience in healthcare infrastructure development and must submit required bid security and technical documentation as specified in the tender documents.
