Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority intends to dispose of various serviceable assets through open ascending price public auction in Peshawar. The auction will be held at the Directorate General, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Police Lines, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Items for auction include office equipment such as HP licensing printing machines, HP printer machines, copier machines, printer machines, hiace vehicles (single, two, and three seater variants), tyres (Fortuner, BRV, and Callus brands), dispensers (PEL and ORIENT), CPU power backup UPS units, batteries (Exide and Osaka models), split air conditioning units, electric heaters, pedestal fans, exhaust fans, water filters, HP laser jet printers, and water geysers. The total reserve price for all items is Rs. 4,99,000. Reference number KPFS&HFA/Proc/AD/1156/2026 dated 01-06-2026 governs this procurement notice.
All bidders must submit CNIC copies for individuals or tax registration certificates for organizations, along with complete address and phone or cell numbers. Bidders without complete documentation may face rejection. Bid security has been waived by the competent authority on recommendation of the Assets Disposal Committee to maximize bidder participation. The auction will be conducted through open ascending price auction format, with contracts awarded to the highest bidder on the spot.
Interested bidders and firms may inspect items at the Authority's premises on 25th June 2026 until 4:00 PM during working hours by contacting the Assistant Director (Procurement). Bids must reach the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Police Lines, Khyber Road, Peshawar by 29th June 2026 up to 12:00 PM. The successful bidder must deposit 100 percent of the total offered price immediately upon acceptance and shall take delivery of items within three days from the respective locations at their own risk, cost, and labor.
