Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for the fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sanitation vehicles. The procurement includes three distinct items: fabrication and installation of hydraulic mini dumper bodies for CHANGAN SHERPA POWER EA-12 1.2L vehicles; heavy-duty tractor trolleys compatible with Al-Ghazi Tractor NH-480S; and front-end loader and backhoe attachments for Al-Ghazi Tractor Model NH-850 (85 HP). Quantities required are two units of mini dumper bodies, one tractor trolley and one front-end loader and backhoe attachment. The work is being procured in Peshawar, KPK for the current financial year under the framework of KPPRA procurement rules and centralized enlisting policy. Bids are invited through the e-PADS system based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) Non-MRS items on a single stage two envelope basis as per KPPRA Rules 2014, 14(2)b.
Eligible contractors, fabricators and manufacturers must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with renewed active status for 2025-26 or 2026-27, possess valid Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration, and hold active National Tax Number (NTN). Bidders must provide an affidavit of non-blacklisting, active sales tax registration, and certificates of spare parts availability up to ten years. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of call deposit in favor of TMO, Tehsil Municipal Administration, Chamkani, Peshawar, and an additional performance security of ten percent of the contract price is required from successful bidders. Mandatory requirements include ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 quality management certification, and bidders must demonstrate documentary evidence of manufacturing or fabrication activities with proper workshop facilities.
Bid documents may be downloaded from the official e-PADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) following publication of this notice in the daily newspaper and on the KPPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the tender fee uploaded in scanned form through e-PADS. The last date and time for submission of tenders is 29 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day. Bid submission documents should be completed properly and uploaded through e-PADS, with physical copies including call deposit forwarding to the TMO office at Chamkani, Peshawar via registered courier before the submission deadline.
