Description / Scope of Work
The District Headquarter Hospital Dir Bala in Dir Bala, KPK invites sealed tenders from local chemists for the procurement of medicines, surgical supplies, disposables, and dialysis materials under the Sehat Sahulat Program (Sehat Card) for the financial year 2026/2027. The contract remains valid until 30 June 2027. Selection will be based on the maximum discount offered on retail prices for medicines and market-competitive rates for surgical items in line with KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit quotations on their official letterheads accompanied by valid Drug Sale Licenses (Category A or B), CNIC copies, and required Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) of 1,000,000 Rupees for medicines/supplies and 400,000 Rupees for dialysis materials. Dialysis tenders require a separate envelope. All bids must be processed under the Single Stage Single Envelope system through the EPADS online portal. Proposals must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 07 July 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
