NED University of Engineering & Technology, located in Sindh, invites bids on a single stage one envelope procedure for running a Mini Mart at NED Staff Colony on the Main Campus on a rental basis after establishment. This is a service contract opportunity for qualified entrepreneurs to operate a retail mart facility within the university staff residential area. The tender reference is PC/NED/DWS/MART/8559/2026, issued by the Procurement Cell. The project scope includes establishment and day-to-day operational management of the mini mart serving the staff colony community.
Eligibility requirements are stringent and include valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board with active taxpayer status, submission of audited financial statements for the previous three years, minimum three years of documented experience in running a similar retail business, a valid professional tax certificate from the Government of Sindh, annual turnover of at least Rs 5 million per year for the last three years as evidenced by FBR online returns, and a declaration affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history and no involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices. Applicants must also possess a valid Sindh Food Authority Certificate and valid registration with EOBI and SESSI. Bid security of 5 percent of the total annual rent offered must be submitted as a payorder in favor of the Director Finance, NEDUET.

The tender issue period runs from 15 June 2026 to 30 June 2026, with bids to be submitted electronically by 10:00 hours on 01 July 2026 and opened at 10:30 hours the same day.
