Description / Scope of Work
Services Hospital Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the supply of laboratory chemicals, bidding clothing, medical gas, operating theatre items, contingency items, stationery supplies, dental materials including ECG rolls, ultrasound jelly, ECG machine cables and chest electrodes, X-ray films, CT scan materials, developer and fixer solutions, and washing and laundry items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers multiple categories of consumable supplies required for the hospital's operational needs in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to quote for all listed items to be considered responsive, with pricing quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Suppliers should possess relevant experience in the supply of the mentioned items and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity. Required documentation includes copies of CNIC, NTN and GST registration certificates, ATL proof from FBR, affidavit of non-blacklisting, relevant experience certificates, and quotations submitted on the firm's official letterhead.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Services Hospital Peshawar by 10:00 hours on July 7, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 hours the same day. Successful vendors must deliver all items within five days of purchase order issuance. Bids remain valid until June 30, 2027. The evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated bid conforming to specifications and terms, completeness of required documents, and any applicable warranty provisions. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules.
