Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites bids from eligible and registered security service providers for outsourcing of security services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under reference number IPL-G079 with an estimated contract value of Rs. 71,483,734 and a bid security requirement of Rs. 7,14,837. The security services will be procured for the Institute located on Maulana Shaukat Ali Road in Lahore, Punjab, and bidders must be registered with the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments.
Eligible bidders must be properly registered on the e-PADS portal and hold valid registrations from competent authorities. The bid security of Rs. 7,14,837 must be submitted with Form of Affidavit as prescribed in the bidding document. Bids shall follow a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA 2014 regulations. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or submission, and official holidays will be treated as closing dates.
Bidders are instructed to submit e-bids online on or before 04-07-2026 at 11:00 AM through the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Original bid security must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope. Bid opening will occur on 04-07-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives. The bidding document is available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Contracts Department, Jinnah Hospital, Lahore during working hours. Late bids will be rejected, and hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
