The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply of iron chairs required for RC Bahawalpur. This procurement notice is issued by CPSP's central management to source high-quality iron chairs for the Regional Centre located in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The tender is open to interested parties meeting the organization's qualification criteria, and bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes as per procurement regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies with a valid business licence and relevant experience in supplying furniture or similar items. Tender documents are available for purchase at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2,500 from three designated CPSP offices: the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters in Karachi (7th Central Street, Phase-II, DHA), the Operation Department CPSP Regional Centre in Lahore (next to INMOL Hospital Block-D, New Muslim Town), and the Operation Department CPSP Regional Centre in Islamabad (PI M.S Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road). Interested parties should obtain bid documents well in advance to prepare compliant submissions.
Two separate sealed bids—one technical and one financial—must be submitted to the Secretary of CPSP by 04 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 11:15 AM in the presence of bidders. Sealed bids should be addressed to the Secretary, CPSP, and marked clearly with 'Iron Chairs for RC Bahawalpur'. The management of CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per applicable law.
