The Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad in Kot Ghulam Muhammad, Sindh invites sealed tenders for physical infrastructure development work within its municipal limits. Executed under a single-stage, single-envelope procedure in alignment with SPPRA Rules 2010 amended up to 2019, the scope of work primarily focuses on the construction of a drainage nala at Kot Ghulam Muhammad, District Mirpurkhas. The total estimated procurement cost for the civil works stands at approximately 1.7385 million Rupees, with an earnest money deposit requirement of 23,000 Rupees. Prospective contractors must demonstrate appropriate eligibility criteria, including an active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for National Tax Number and relevant registration with the Sindh Revenue Board. Additionally, bidding firms must present valid financial statements or turnover history covering the last three years to establish financial competency. The comprehensive bidding documents can be obtained or downloaded from the official SPPRA portal starting from 15 June 2026. Sealed financial and technical proposals must be properly compiled and submitted to the undersigned authority by 2:00 PM on 30 June 2026, where they will be opened publicly on the same day in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
