Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids for the establishment of Al-Khidmat Markaz F-6 in Islamabad on an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode under a single stage two envelope bidding process as per PPRA Rule 36(b). This project is open to well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid registration certificates in Category C-4 or above, along with specified project codes including CE-01, CE-10, ME-01, ME-06, and EE-11 for the financial year 2025-26. The tender invites qualified contractors to participate in the development of this significant infrastructure project in the federal capital.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid certificates in the required categories and project codes. Interested participants are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 2.00 million in the form of a Pay Order or Certified Demand Draft (CDR) in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security document on E-PADS in PDF format, with the original to be submitted to the office of the Director (P&CA-I) at CDA prior to or on the bid submission deadline.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available to registered bidders on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Prospective bidders must submit bids online through E-PADS on or before 02-07-2026 at 1130 hours; manual bids will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened publicly on 02-07-2026 at 1200 hours in the presence of the Procurement Committee at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block-III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
