Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites open bids from interested consultant(s) for pre-qualification as Independent Auditor (IA) for PPP/JV Projects in accordance with Regulations 60 of the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. The objective of this pre-qualification process is to shortlist eligible and experienced consultant(s) qualified to provide consultancy services as independent auditors for the Authority's projects. The procurement is open to interested applicants having strong capability and experience in providing similar consultancy services related to independent audit functions for public sector development projects in Punjab.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate relevant experience, professional qualifications, and capability in independent audit services. Applicants are required to submit sealed bids along with all mandatory documentation as specified in the pre-qualification document. All submissions must be clearly marked "Prequalification of Independent Auditors" and addressed to the Director Procurement at the PCBDDA office. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
The complete pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA upon payment of PKR 25,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a pay order, CDR, or demand draft favourable to "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". Documents can also be downloaded from the Authority's website www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk for information purposes. Bids must be submitted on or before June 29, 2026, by 1300 hours at CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 1330 hours. Queries relating to the pre-qualification document received up to 7 days before the closing date will be responded to.
