Consultant Engagement for Recovery of Receivables from Civic Agencies by PTCL

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites bids for the engagement of a consultant for recovery of receivables from civic agencies. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued under procurement reference Proc.8-3/1/130526/4752 for consulting services aimed at facilitating the recovery of outstanding receivables owed by civic agencies. The engagement is part of PTCL's operational requirements and is open to qualified consultants across Pakistan on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis with quotations to be submitted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The scope encompasses providing specialized consulting expertise for receivables recovery management and optimization of collections from civic sector clients.

Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all bidding consultants. Interested parties must obtain and provide their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL and PTML as part of their bid submission. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the registration process through PTCL's official vendor registration form to establish a continuous business relationship. All bids must be complete in all aspects and submitted strictly in accordance with the procedures and requirements outlined in the RFP document.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform via the designated portal link before the closing deadline of 18 June 2026 at 23:59 hours. Late bids will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened.
