QAMC & Allied Institutions, Bahawalpur invites sealed bids for four comprehensive annual operation, repair, and maintenance contracts covering critical hospital equipment across multiple facilities in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The tenders include maintenance of 25 generators for PIC with estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000; HVAC systems for Kidney Center at B.V. Hospital valued at Rs. 5,000,000; 14 X-Ray machines across various departments at B.V. Hospital estimated at Rs. 12,000,000; and 3 generators of 730KVA capacity including gen-sets power and control panels for S.A. Hospital valued at Rs. 4,000,000. All contracts are offered on a framework basis with a one-year service period for 2026-27.
Bidders must be registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers with valid registrations from Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Eligibility requirements include minimum one year's experience with government or autonomous institutions, valid National Tax Number, General Sale Tax certificate, Professional Tax certificate where applicable, and a non-blacklisting affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper. Bid security is required at 2% of estimated cost. PEC Certificate must be applicable for required tenders. All bids must follow single-stage two-envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. Price must not be mentioned in the technical bid; violation will result in bid cancellation.
Tender documents are available from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and E-PADs sites. Original CDR deposits must be submitted to the purchase section before tender closing on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening follows at 11:30 AM the same day through E-PADs. Successful bidders must provide 24/7 services, supply spare parts including oxygen sensors, flow meters, and batteries, and complete system commissioning within 15 days. Companies with contract values exceeding Rs. 5 million per annum must provide a resident engineer. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
