Description / Scope of Work
HQS COMNOR invites sealed quotations for upkeep, cleanliness, plantation and landscaping services at the Naval Complex Sector E-8 in Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to prequalified firms and importers registered with the Government of Pakistan for Sales/NTN and Professional Taxes. Firms already registered with any Defence Force or Organization must submit their relevant documents. The non-refundable quotation fee is Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only), and sealed tender envelopes must be submitted to HQS COMNOR by 30 June 2026 at 1100 hours.
Eligibility requirements include current registration with the Government of Pakistan for Sales/NTN and Professional Taxes; black-listed firms will not be entertained. Firms and importers may authorize their institutional distributors to execute the works on their behalf. For firms previously registered with Defence Forces, all relevant documentation must be provided with the quotation submission to demonstrate compliance and operational capability.
Bid documents and detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the SO (Horticulture) in both hard and soft copy format. The tender will be opened on 30 June 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms.
