Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites bids for the provision of comprehensive on-site annual maintenance contract (AMC), support, and service level agreement (SLA) services for an APC Symmetra PX 96 KVA UPS system installed at the Custom House in Karachi, Federal Pakistan. This non-consultancy services procurement is issued under reference P-22/2026 and follows a national single stage-two envelope bidding process. The scope of work encompasses preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, spare parts replacement, technical support, and guaranteed response times as specified in the service level agreements to ensure uninterrupted power backup operations at the critical customs facility.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant business registration, technical qualifications, past experience in providing similar UPS maintenance and support services, and demonstration of adequate financial capacity. Bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration and obtain a performance guarantee as per the terms outlined in the standard bidding document.
