The Town Municipal Corporation Tando Fazal, District Hyderabad, invites electronic bids through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority E-PADS portal for the award of contract for comprehensive sanitation work within the limits of Town Municipal Corporation Tando Fazal covering all seventeen union committees across various muhallas. The contract is for the financial year 2026-27, commencing from 1 July 2026 and extending to 30 June 2027, to be executed under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 as amended. This is a critical municipal service tender for maintaining sanitation standards across the urban areas of Tando Fazal in District Hyderabad.
Interested firms, contractors, and parties must possess valid National Tax Registration Certificate (NTN), Certificate of Registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and valid CNIC. In the case of registered firms, authorization letters, income tax registration documents, partnership deeds, and other relevant supporting documents are required. The bid security equivalent to 1.20 percent of the quoted bid amount must be submitted in the form of bank draft, call deposit, pay order, or demand draft in favor of the Town Municipal Corporation Tando Fazal, District Hyderabad. Bidders should note that bid prices and rates are fixed for the contract duration and no contractor may claim enhanced rates for any item.
Bidding documents are available for download from the SPPRA E-PADS portal on any working day up to 12 July 2026 at 12:00 noon upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 5,000 as a demand draft or pay order. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through the SPPRA E-PADS portal on or before 13 July 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bids opening on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If no responsive bid is received, a second attempt will be issued with documents available up to 20 July 2026 and bids due by 21 July 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any stage subject to the provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
