Description / Scope of Work
Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro, Sindh invites electronic bids through EPADS on a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for the procurement of tables, chairs and other items for various departments of LUMHS Jamshoro. The tender notice reference number LUMHS/PSS/1785 is dated 16-06-2026. Interested bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents from the SPPRA website (EPADS portal) at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ or from the LUMHS website at www.lumhs.edu.pk. Bid submission period extends from 17-06-2026 to 01-07-2026, with bids opening on 02-07-2026 at 11:00 am. The tender fee is Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable).
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms or companies registered with Government Sales Tax, Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board, whichever is applicable. Bidders are required to submit Bid Security at 5% of the bid cost in the shape of pay order or demand draft (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) made in favour of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro. All bidding documents must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform as per the specified schedule and procurement rules.

Bid submission deadline is 02-07-2026 up to 10:30 am, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 am. Liaquat University reserves the right to reject any bid subject to relevant provisions of SPP rules 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of bid as per SPPRA rules.
