Description / Scope of Work
Cadet College Pano Aqil invites bids for the design, installation and commissioning of a composite IT system on a single stage two envelope procedure. The project scope includes hardware procurement and software setup to support institutional operations. The estimated cost is Rs. 50,000 with a project completion timeframe of 03-04 months. Located in Punjab province, this tender is issued by the Office of the Principal/Project Director under a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/- and security deposit of 5% of the bid cost. Bidders must submit their tender through the EPADS (E-Procurement and Disposal System) portal as an electronic bid or by traditional manual submission.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authority and hold valid engineering council certification for pre-qualification. The firm/contractor must produce a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council with specialization code relevant to the work. Bidders are required to submit registered certificates with the State Revenue Board (SRB) and NTN certificates. A surety bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee on behalf of the undersigned. Annual audited reports not exceeding five years from registered audit firms are mandatory, along with bank statements for the last 05 years confirming cash availability of 50% of estimated cost and financial capability representing 100% of estimated work cost. Firms must also provide undertakings on stamped paper confirming non-involvement in litigation and no default on government contracts.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA (Procurement Regulatory Authority) EPADS portal at https://epadbidsfb.sppras.gov.pk/ and on the college website. The call deposit of the bid security amount must be sent to the office of the Project Director, Cadet College Pano Aqil. Electronic bids are submitted via EPADS on or before the specified date and time; manual bids are not accepted. Tender opening will be held in the office of the Project Director Cadet College Pano Aqil within 5 days prior to the opening of bids. First attempt bids for opening are due on 24-06-2026 with second attempt scheduled for 01-07-2026. Bidders must provide complete details in their proposals and ensure all conditional requirements are met. Any conditional or incomplete bid accompanying incorrect money will not be considered in the competition.
