Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Sindh, through its designated department, invites sealed bids for the supply of furnishings and equipment required for government offices during the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is issued under notification TC/KDRO/761 of 2026 dated 01 June 2026 and covers essential office equipment and furniture items with an estimated cost of Rs. 366,364 for the period 2024-25. The scope includes supply of basic furnishings and equipment to support government operations across Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers with relevant experience in government supply contracts. Bidders are required to provide proof of registration and must submit bid security as per the tender requirements. All bids must include necessary documentation demonstrating the bidder's financial capacity and previous experience in similar supply contracts. A 10 percent bid security is applicable to all participating bidders and must be submitted with the bid documents.
Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the issuing department during official working hours. Sealed bids are to be submitted by 12:00 noon on 17 June 2026. The bid opening will take place on the same date at 12:00 noon. For further information and clarifications, interested parties should contact the Government of Sindh department office.
