PAF Base Masroor, located in Sindh province, invites sealed tenders from qualified individuals, firms, national entities, foreign companies, and multinational corporations for a Conservancy Contract covering the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender aims to engage experienced service providers for maintenance and upkeep operations at the military installation. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must satisfy all eligibility criteria set forth by the base administration. The contract scope includes comprehensive conservancy services essential for maintaining the operational readiness and cleanliness standards of the facility.
Bidders are required to meet strict eligibility conditions including submission of an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status and no ongoing litigation with any public or private organization. An account maintenance certificate issued by a bank along with the last twelve months of account statements must be attached with the bid. Bidders must possess their own Hydraulic Dumper and Hydraulic Tractor Trolley complete with maintenance facilities, supported by documentary evidence and a compactor truck specification sheet. A minimum of ten years of similar conservancy experience is mandatory, with preference given to those having demonstrated expertise in conservancy activities within Pakistani cities. Bidders should also provide proof of wealth in Capital Outlay and business investments.
Tender documents will be collected from the Office of the undersigned through a single-stage two-envelope submission process. Each envelope must clearly separate the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal and be marked distinctly to prevent confusion. The submission deadline is 01 July 2026 before 1200 hours, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
