Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Clifton, a procuring entity under the Ministry of Interior, is inviting sealed bids for hiring a security company (subsidiary of Armed Forces) to provide comprehensive security services for the protection of various installations and assets of Cantonment Board Clifton in Sindh province. This tender notice is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 38(a) of PPRA Rules, 2004. Eligible bidders must possess valid licenses from the Ministry of Interior and must be listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. The contract will be for an initial period of two years, extendable for further two years at the discretion of the Board subject to satisfactory performance as per PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended).
Eligible bidders must be registered security companies with valid licenses from Ministry of Interior and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of 5% of quoted rates (earnest money) must be submitted from scheduled banks in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. All bids must include both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as such. Bids must meet the technical requirements and be evaluated by the Board in accordance with established procurement guidelines. Any bid security not validated from banks may result in personal consequences for the bidder.
Technical and financial proposals should be submitted to the Cantonment Board Clifton office at CC-IM, Street 10, Kiran Bahar, Phase-VI, DHA Karachi on or before the closing date of 7th July, 2026 at 1200 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours followed by financial proposals opening after technical evaluation. Bidders must adhere to all terms and conditions as outlined in the tender notice and PPRA Rules, 2004 amendments.
