Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply of iron chairs required for RC-Bahawalpur. This tender is open to qualified and registered suppliers capable of meeting the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The procurement is intended to fulfil the furniture requirements of the CPSP regional centre located in Bahawalpur, Sindh province. Interested parties should carefully review all tender requirements and technical specifications before submitting their proposals.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies with relevant experience in supplying institutional furniture and equipment. Prospective bidders are required to obtain tender documents at a non-refundable cost of Rs 2500 from any of the three CPSP offices: the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters in Karachi (7th Central Street, Phase-II, DHA, Karachi, Phone 021-99266400-10, Ext 330,237), the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Lahore (Next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town, Phone 042-99231320-8), or the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre in Islamabad (G-8/3 Ravi Road, Sector G-8/3, Phone 051-9262590-1). Bid security and all mandatory documentation as per tender conditions must accompany the submission.
Two separate sealed bids covering technical and financial aspects must reach the CPSP Secretary by 11:00 AM on 04 July 2026. Tender opening will take place on the same day at 11:15 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids should be addressed to the Secretary, CPSP. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per applicable procurement laws and regulations. Bidders are advised to contact the respective CPSP offices for clarification on tender conditions and submission procedures.
