Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed bids for the Construction of Marquee at Azure Lawns and Construction of Coffee Shop project. The project is being undertaken by the Development Directorate of DHA Karachi, located in Sindh province. This construction tender seeks qualified contractors to undertake the development of a marquee structure and coffee shop facility at the Azure Lawns location within the DHA Karachi jurisdiction. The project scope includes all structural, civil, and finishing works required to complete both components according to approved specifications and drawings.
Eligible bidders must be enlisted with PDOHA Karachi and hold valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration for the year 2026. Contractors and firms are required to submit sealed financial bids in a single stage, single envelope procedure. Bid security and all necessary documentation as per tender requirements must accompany the proposal submission. Only bidders who meet the eligibility criteria and possess the required registration certificates will be considered for evaluation.
Bid documents are available for collection from the Development Directorate office at Plot no 179, Defence Avenue, Opp Emaar Towers, Ph-VIII DHA Karachi from 17-6-26 to 24-6-20 upon submission of written request and valid PEC Registration Certificate. Financial bids must be submitted at the Dev Dte office on or before 1000 hours on 29 June 2026, and proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives.
