Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Building Department invites sealed tenders from eligible Engineering Firms and Contractors for various construction schemes on items rates basis through the PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with relevant PPRA Rules as amended to date. The tender process is open to all registered contractors and firms meeting the specified eligibility criteria. Bidders are required to participate through the official Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal to submit their competitive bids for the announced construction projects across Punjab province.
Eligible contractors and firms must hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes to participate in this tendering process. All bidders are required to register on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and must upload a scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5 percent of the estimated project cost from any scheduled bank, made payable to the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mianwali. The original CDR must be physically submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before bid opening; failure to do so will result in declaration as non-responsive. Contractors found submitting false information or fake CDR will be disqualified under PPRA Rules and barred from future government construction and works tenders.
Bid submission and opening will take place at the office of Commissioner Sargodha Division on 08.07.2026 at 11:00 AM, where all bids will be retrieved, quoted rates announced, and successful bidders declared in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 11:30 AM.
