Description / Scope of Work
Daanish School (Boys & Girls) Fazilpur in Rajanpur District, Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the execution of works to provision and renovation of sports facilities. The project encompasses the provision of a cricket ground, athletic ground, hockey ground, and renovation of a basketball court at the school campus. The work is being floated under the single stage single envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. The estimated cost of works for the boys campus includes four packages: Package 01 for cricket ground provision at PKR 1.896 million, Package 02 for athletic ground at PKR 1.877 million, Package 03 for hockey ground at PKR 0.764 million, and Package 04 for basketball court renovation at PKR 2.457 million. Similar packages are also floated for the girls campus. All works are scheduled for completion within one month of award. The total estimated project value is approximately PKR 14.074 million across both campuses.
All intending firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the relevant category with active tax filer status. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR or demand draft payable to Daanish School (Boys & Girls) Fazilpur. The earnest money requirement is two percent of the estimated bid cost for each package. Bidders must upload earnest money through the PPRA e-tendering system or submit it in hard copy with the tender. All firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab PRA website at punjab.gov.pk/EPAD prior to bid submission.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the EPAD portal at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx as well as on the Daanish School website. Bids must be submitted online through the EPAD portal by 09:00 AM on Wednesday, 01 July 2026. The hard copy of tender documents in sealed envelope must be delivered to Daanish School (Boys & Girls) Fazilpur before 09:30 AM on the same date. Bid opening will occur at 10:00 AM the same day.
