The Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department, LJC Circle Sargodha invites percentage and item rate tenders for canal surveillance, watch and ward services across three sections of Shahpur Sub Division. The contract encompasses three separate work packages: Canal Surveillance, Watch & Ward in Hussain Shah Section; Canal Surveillance, Watch & Ward in Saidal Section; and Canal Surveillance, Watch & Ward in Shahpur Section. Each contract is valued at Rs. 2,934,800 (Twenty Nine Lac Thirty Four Thousand & Eight Hundred Only) and will operate during two distinct periods: 01 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 and 01 July 2026 to 15 October 2026, with a completion date of 30 June 2027. These surveillance and security services are critical for maintaining canal infrastructure and ensuring effective water resource management in the Shahpur Division under the Sargodha circle.
Prospective bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 58,700 (Fifty Eight Thousand & Seven Hundred Only) with their tender applications. Contractors are required to meet the eligibility criteria as per Punjab government procurement regulations and possess relevant experience in canal maintenance and security operations. The tender follows a percentage and item rate structure, allowing bidders to quote rates against defined items and activities outlined in the tender schedule.
