Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan LNG Limited invites bids for the procurement of liquefied natural gas (LNG) on a spot tender basis with delivery on a delivered ex ship (DES) basis. The tender reference is PLL/IMP/LNGT69 and covers the supply of one cargo scheduled for delivery between 20 and 21 June 2026 to Port Qasim in Karachi, Punjab. The LNG will be sourced from international suppliers and delivered to the Pakistan Gas Port Consortium Limited Terminal at Port Qasim. Bidders are required to submit technically compliant proposals meeting the specified LNG quality requirements and delivery schedule.
Bidders must be experienced LNG suppliers or traders with established market credentials. Technical information submissions are required by 17 June 2026 at 1400 hours PST, with evaluation to be completed by 1430 hours the same day. Commercial offers from technically compliant bidders will be opened at 1600 hours PST on 17 June 2026. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee by 22 June 2026 as specified by Pakistan LNG Limited. All bids must comply with the Master Sale and Purchase Agreement (MSPA) terms and conditions outlined in this bid document.
Bid documents are available from Pakistan LNG Limited, and submissions must be made in sealed envelopes clearly marked with separate sections for technical information and commercial offers. Bids must be received by the deadline of 17 June 2026 at 1400 hours PST. The bid validity period extends until 2200 hours PST on the same date. Award notification will be issued on 17 June 2026, and PLL will issue a complete Confirmation Notice by 18 June 2026.
