State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLICP), Real Estate Department Hyderabad, invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for operation, servicing and maintenance of one modified lift, make KONE, installed at State Life Building Larkana in Sindh province. The tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope system as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders must be registered with EPAD or PEC and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) active taxpayers list. The bid security required is PKR 30,000. This is a service maintenance contract for critical building infrastructure at the Larkana location.
Eligibility criteria require that prospective bidders possess valid EPAD or PEC registration and active taxpayer status with either FBR or SRB as applicable. All bids must include original bid security documentation in hard copy format. Conditional, telegraphic, or late submissions will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must submit complete sets of documents as per tender instructions without any deviations or conditions.
Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from the publication date until 06-07-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Completed bids with bid security of PKR 30,000 must be submitted on EPADS by the same deadline. Bid opening will occur on 06-07-2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the Real Estate Department office, 7th Floor, State Life Building Number 3, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, in the presence of an evaluation committee and bidder representatives. If any public holiday is announced, the opening will be rescheduled to the next working day. SLICP reserves the right to reject all or any bids per PPRA public procurement rules.
