Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Village Electrification division, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works procurement in the Federal territory of Islamabad. The tender encompasses construction of a 2x2 double line for external electricity installation at Plot No. 56-N, Mall of Islamabad (Park Tower) in the Blue Area, and provision of electrical supply to Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds at Plot No. 58, Sectors F-7 and G-8, Blue Area, under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division, Islamabad. The project reference number is 90/2025-26 and bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a single stage, one envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or other approved instruments, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are required to meet the financial capacity, net worth, and average annual turnover evaluation criteria outlined in the procurement documents. Standard eligibility requirements for civil works contractors apply, including valid business registration and relevant experience.
