Ordnance Depot Gujranwala Cantonment invites sealed quotations for the purchase of General and Clothing Stores, Engineer Stores, Defence Bricks Stores, A-IN-U Stores, Armament Stores and Ordnance Stores in accordance with Army Standard Specifications for the first half of fiscal year 2026-2027. The supplies are required across multiple consignee locations throughout Pakistan. Tender documents are available from the Local Purchase (LP) Branch at Ordnance Depot Gujranwala Cantonment during office hours on any working day following publication of the advertisement in print media. The tender reference is Number.2908-IT-01/1st Half/2026-27/LP.
Eligibility is open to all firms already registered with Ordnance Depot Gujranwala or those security-cleared by the Military Intelligence Directorate, registered with DGP (Army), or DGDP, and willing to register with the depot. Bidders must meet comprehensive pre-qualification requirements including SECP registration, DGDP certification, NTN verification, fresh bank statements for the last six months, police verification of the firm and CEO, tax returns for the previous three years, professional tax documentation, proof of property ownership or tenancy, and staff lists with contact information. Performance Bank Guarantees must be provided as per PPRA rules. All quoted rates must include freight charges and applicable taxes, with validity until 31 December 2026.
Sealed tenders must be deposited in the tender box or sent by post to Ordnance Depot Gujranwala (LP Branch) by 1100 hours on 07 July 2026, with opening scheduled at 1130 hours the same day in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives. All firms must submit one non-returnable sample for Board of Officers inspection and approval before bulk supply. Successful bidders are required to complete delivery within one month of signing the Memorandum of Understanding, with late delivery penalties applicable. The Commandant reserves the right to reject any tender considered incomplete, low quality, or non-compliant with Army standard specifications.
