SSGC LPG Limited invites sealed bids for hiring services of an OGRA approved Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) to conduct periodic 10-year internal inspection of LPG Spherical Tank No. 2 installed at SLL Port Qasim Terminal in Sindh. This is a complete package service contract issued under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. The inspection is a mandatory regulatory requirement for the safe operation of the LPG storage facility at the terminal. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/SLL/NR/SLL-1439, with a fixed bid bond of Rs 60,000 (Sixty Thousand) required from all bidding agencies.
Eligible bidders must be OGRA-approved Third-Party Inspection Agencies with relevant qualifications, certifications, and experience in conducting internal inspections of LPG spherical tanks. Documentary evidence of OGRA approval status, technical competence, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements must be submitted with the bid. The bidder must hold appropriate insurance and indemnity coverage. Bidders are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and submit a declaration confirming compliance with specified criteria. All rates must be firm, irrevocable, and inclusive of all duties and taxes, excluding provincial sales tax.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal and must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded through EPADS with proper signatures and stamps. The physical bid bond must be deposited at the Procurement Department, SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Main University Road, Karachi, Sindh, before bid opening. Bids close on 07-07-2026 at 03:00 hours and will be publicly opened at 03:30 hours on the same day at the Procurement Department venue.
