Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories POF-AA Factory invites sealed and electronically submitted bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of various industrial items. The procurement encompasses seven distinct tenders covering steel strip cold rolled (2 items), steel mild wire and steel tools (2 items), oils and lubricants (16 items), paints and varnishes (2 items), standard cutting tools (16 items), grinding and polishing media with abrasives (24 items), and special production tools (76 items). This substantial procurement is issued by the Supply Chain Management directorate of Pakistan Ordnance Factories located in Wah Cantt, Punjab province, with all tender documents dated between 5 May and 25 May 2026.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers and suppliers who are currently registered with both the income tax department and sales tax department of Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit both technical and commercial offers as part of their bid documentation. All bidding documents containing itemwise details, complete specifications and comprehensive terms and conditions are available free of cost either from the office of the Director-SCM or can be downloaded directly from the POF official website at www.pof.gov.pk.
Prospective suppliers must submit their completed bids online through the POF E-Bidding Portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk and also submit separately sealed hard copies to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall at or before 07-07-2026, with a closing time of 1100 hours sharp. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date.
