305 Spares Depot EME Karachi invites open competitive bids for the supply of brand new vehicle spares for Isuzu, Hino, JMC and Foton all types through single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules. The tender inquiry number 08/305-2026/27 seeks qualified suppliers to provide automotive spares for military transport and logistics requirements across Pakistan. Quotations must include all Government taxes (GST, income tax, custom duty and others), be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only, and specify brand names with country of origin for each item. Rates quoted will remain valid for one year and shall apply to deliveries throughout the zonal region.
Participating firms must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificate and be General Headquarters security cleared. Suppliers must submit bid security of Rs 0.5 million (for bids with minimum value of 10 million and participation in 2 or fewer tenders) or Rs 1 million (for minimum bid value of 20 million and more than 2 tenders), submitted as Call Deposit Receipt. Only ITD Directorate and HIT approved brands qualify for quotation. Firms must provide authorized dealership letters for genuine/OEM items, agency agreements proving capability to supply from principals, and proof of source procurement including import documents. An IT fee of Rs 3,000 must be deposited at quotation submission time. Technical Oversight Board will conduct advance sample inspection before bulk delivery approval.
Quotations comprising separate technical and commercial envelopes marked "Technical Offer IT-08/2026-27" and "Commercial Offer IT-08/2026-27" must be submitted by 1100 hours on 08 July 2026 in the tender box at 305 Spares Depot EME, COD Estate, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi-15. Technical offers will be opened at 1130 hours same day. All quotations must be on provided formats with firm stamp on each page and no blank columns (use NQ for non-quoted items).
