One-off vehicle customization project: converting a single-cabin pickup to double-cabin (four-door) configuration for an agricultural research institute. Project value PKR 3.1M suggests modest scope but requires specialized automotive fabrication expertise. August 2026 deadline provides reasonable preparation window. Work is tied to ADP-funded horticulture research center establishment in Pattoki—government-backed demand with payment security likely present. Single-stage bidding reduces complexity but demands complete, compliant submission first attempt.
Who can bid: National bidders only. Must be registered with FBR (Income Tax), Federal and Punjab Sales Tax authorities for FY 2025–26. Should demonstrate prior experience in similar vehicle customization work and be financially sound. Typically, automotive fabricators require business registration (SECP if corporate entity) and valid NTN. Any prior blacklisting by HRI or PPRA is disqualifying; affidavit required on PKR 100 stamp paper.
