305 Spares Depot EME Karachi invites open competitive bids for the supply of Mitsubishi and Toyota spare parts of all types through single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules. The tender covers brand new automotive spares and components for both Mitsubishi and Toyota vehicles. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN (National Tax Number) and Sales Tax Registration Certificate. The procurement is open to GHQ security-cleared firms registered with this installation or any other defence organization operating in Punjab. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes including GST, income tax, and custom duty, with country of origin and brand clearly specified for each item.
Bid security is mandatory: firms bidding on 2 or fewer tenders must deposit Rs 0.5 million (not exceeding 5% of bid value) with a minimum bid value of Rs 10 million; firms bidding on more than 2 tenders must deposit Rs 1 million (not exceeding 5% of bid value) with a minimum bid value of Rs 20 million. Bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Firms quoting genuine or OEM products must provide authorized dealership letters. An IT (Inquiry Tender) fee of Rs 3,000 is required at submission. Only ITD Directorate and HIT approved brands are acceptable. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes with firm stamps on each page and supported by hardcopy and softcopy on CD-Recordable media.
Quotations must be deposited in the tender box before 1100 hours on 08 July 2026 at 305 Spares Depot EME, COD Estate, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi. Technical offers will be opened at 1130 hours the same day, followed by commercial offer opening for technically qualified bidders only. Advance sample inspection and approval by the Technical Oversight Board is mandatory before bulk delivery. For clarifications, contact the Local Purchase Officer at 021-99207582 during working hours.
